SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms

Program description. When you provide your mobile number through a form on this site and opt in, you are enrolling in Jess Hoffman's SMS program, which sends marketing and informational messages such as event announcements, workshop registration reminders, and high-performance tips.

  • Consent: By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Message frequency: varies; typically no more than a few messages per month.
  • Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless plan and carrier.
  • Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.
  • Help: Reply HELP for support, or email jess@projectultimatelife.com.
  • Supported carriers: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

Privacy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
